We facilitate innovative and highly interactive trainings and workshops for service providers in the nonprofit and public sector that serve youth that are impacted by systems of care. Our goal is to empower participants to make meaningful change in their work.

We provide virtual or in person coaching sessions for individuals and small groups to gain deeper awareness, and build or expand their knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure high quality service delivery and to maintain the integrity to their personal and organizational values.

We develop curricula on a variety of topics dealing with better serving youth and emerging adults. Specializing in youth involved curricula development we focus on models that empower youth and communities to utilize their lived experience and insights to inform curricula for professional and community education.

Effectively engage people
“Darryn brings incredible warmth to any working environment and is a true pleasure to have in one’s company. He understands how to effectively engage people, whether in a convivial environment or in a difficult one. In addition to being thoughtful, he is organized, can identify, anticipate, and meet challenges as they arise, and asks for guidance when needed while otherwise he works well autonomously”
Anne, Project Coordinator – UCSF
